Hi, my wife Joy Dianne Feurer, passport # X0313823 and myself, Walter Feurer passport # X3328436 neeed our passports renewed. We are visiting Bern CH untill August 29th. I contacted the passport bureau in Bern. They are not able to renew our passports but they are willing to take our biometric pictures and finger prints if it is requested by you. Would you please send in the request so we can have the pictures and finger prints taken while we are still in Bern. We will send in our passports for renewal at the end of September when we are back home in Seattle. Please send your respond also to [email protected] Thank you for your help. Walter Feurer

Good morning Mr. Tanner. My wife Teruyo and I need to renew our Swiss Passports. We expect to be in the San Francisco area the last week in June. Like to make an appointment Friday June 27, 2025 or Monday June 30, 20025. How long does it take between the appointment and the receipt of the new passport? Respectfully Walter Gasser
