I am trying to obtain visas from Australia (if in fact we require one) to visit Ivory Coast for one day whilst on a cruise next month. I could try evisa but seems that only works if arriving by aeroplane not boat so wondering if I can pre- arrange on line and collect at your embassy during the five days before cruise departure? If so please may I have step by step instructions what to do for visa and Consular appointment between 12 and 16 November if needed to present in person. Thank you kindly. Rhonda
